REBECKA & SIDDHARTH

A Postcard From Stockholm to Rajasthan

Some weddings are designed around spectacle. This one was built around memory, heritage and two worlds learning how to belong to each other. From a postcard in Stockholm that read “Fly with me Becka” to a leopard safari proposal in Jawai, Siddharth & Rebecka’s story unfolded across continents before finding its way to the weathered walls of Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan.

What stayed with me wasn’t just the grandeur, though there was plenty of it. Antique textiles carrying generations of history. White sola flowers floating through candlelit courtyards. Qawaalis under the stars. Swedish minimalism colliding beautifully with Indian opulence. But somewhere between the rose petals, the saffron light, the sound of the Ravanhath and the chaos of family dancing together, this wedding felt deeply intimate. Every detail carried meaning. Every outfit carried ancestry. Every celebration felt like a love letter to craft, culture and the people who shaped them.
